Microdosing is the practice of consuming tiny doses of psychedelic drugs (in our case, psilocybin mushrooms). Pushing negative thoughts aside Hi everyone, Just wanted to tell you my experience since taking this product. I used to be very anxious and stressed… I would let little things cloud my thoughts, stuff as simple as replaying regular conversations I had with people earlier that day and create a completely fabricated story with a negative narrative. This would lead me to suffer from stress and anxiety on the daily. Since taking the Calm formula I have been able to push those thoughts aside and relax. It doesn’t matter what people think.
