Exactly what I wanted
I ordered these to create microdoses with my own pill capsules because it's cheaper in the end than buying the pre-made microdoses. I don't recommend doing it unless you have a microscale but I made each macro-dose into 4 micro-doses. Now im able to accommodate my use. Some days I take my microdose with cordyceps to accompany my antidepressants which works wonders. Other days I can take it with reishi to help my anxiety and insomnia. And sometimes with lionsmane if I'm studying for a big exam. Even my husband can tell if I've taken them. They help so much more than any antidepressant and I like that I can take them without stopping my normal pill regimen.
